Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared before shipment.
Please allow 1–10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, or seasonal demand.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Estimated Delivery Time: 7–12 business days after shipment
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $69
Shipping fees and available shipping options will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Everivel is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, undeliverable address, or failure to receive the package, we may offer to reship the order after it is returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

Tracking Information
We ship orders using trackable mail or courier services whenever available.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Everivel is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or unclaimed packages.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with:

Refused or Unclaimed Packages
Please do not refuse or reject delivery of your package.
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to sender, any original shipping costs, return shipping fees, or related charges may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
Refunds cannot be processed until the returned package has been received and inspected.
