At Everivel, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

We accept returns of unworn and unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returns requested or postmarked after the 30-day return window may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • Returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories, if applicable

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email

For hygiene and quality reasons, items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use may not be eligible for return.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Personalized items

  • Customized items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards, if applicable

How to Start a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact us first at:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • The item you would like to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the item and packaging, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the return address if your request is approved.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your return tracking number. Everivel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered return packages.

Original shipping fees, handling fees, and any non-refundable charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges at this time.

If you would like a different item, size, or style, please return the original item according to this policy and place a new order on our website.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping fees, handling fees, and any non-refundable charges from the original order will not be refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@everivel.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide the best available solution.

Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item, the estimated shipping date may vary and is not guaranteed. Pre-order items may experience delays due to production, supply, or shipping conditions.

Orders containing pre-order items may ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
