1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

2. How long does shipping take?

Orders usually require 1–10 business days for processing before shipment.

After your order ships, standard delivery usually takes 7–12 business days.

3. How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $9.99.

We offer free shipping on orders over $69.

4. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please contact us as soon as possible at support@everivel.com. We will do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed once the order has entered processing or has shipped.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns of unworn and unused items in their original condition and packaging within 15 days of delivery.

Please contact us at support@everivel.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

7. Are sale or customized items returnable?

Personalized, customized, sale, or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

8. Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when sending back a return.

9. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us at support@everivel.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and provide the best available solution.

10. How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid direct contact with water, perfume, lotions, sweat, and harsh chemicals.

When not in use, store your pieces in a dry place, preferably in a pouch or jewelry box, to reduce scratches and tarnishing.

11. Will the jewelry look exactly like the photos?

We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and details as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, photography, or product details. These small differences do not affect the overall quality or beauty of the piece.
